All prices are listed clearly in our pricing plan and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional charges may apply for extra services requested beyond the original booking.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

Neat ur Nest reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, extreme weather).

4. Customer Obligations

Provide accurate booking information and access to the premises at the agreed time.

Ensure the safety of our staff by removing any hazards within your home.

Notify us in advance of any special cleaning requirements or allergies.

5. Liability

While our team exercises utmost care, Neat ur Nest will not be liable for pre-existing damages.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to items not secured or declared to be valuable.

Our babysitting and CCTV monitoring services are designed for added peace of mind but do not replace parental supervision.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

CCTV footage used in babysitting services is for monitoring purposes only and is handled securely.
